  • Remove signage, replace rear door threshold.
  • Front & rear roof glutter cleaning
  • Take up all existing floor tiles and remove off site. Remove the centre display units and remove from site. Latex screed to the whole floor including rear area
  • Remove front window displays and remove off site
  • Remove all side panels, panel frames and wall battens to both sides and remove off site. Make good any holes
  • Remove the rear partition wall, changing rooms, doors and all racking and remove from site.
  • Remove all existing, offices and kitchen areas, relocate the distribution board, make good any voids in the area
  • Construct a new kitchen and fit as per specification
  • Modify any pipework, decorate, fit new flooring coverings and lighting as per specification  
  • provide an electrical test certificate on completion
